Discovery Calls are the foundation of coaching relationships. They're not coaching sessions in themselves, but a dedicated space for us to connect on a human level. You'll have the opportunity to share your needs, concerns, and current challenges, and I'll be there to listen, with empathy and understanding. Once I've gained a clear picture of your situation, I'll share how I can support you.
A good coach recognizes that every client is unique, and not everyone will be a perfect match. We all have our strengths and specialties, and it's important to ensure these align with your needs. If I believe I'm not the right coach for you, I'll do my best to refer you to someone who is. Your growth and well-being are my top priorities, and I'll always make decisions with these in mind.
During a discovery call, I will ask you about your goals, your life vision, and your motivation level in attaining your dream life. I will want to know your strengths and challenges and how far you feel you are from achieving your goals. This is just a small assessment I make to see where you're at and how ready you are to make the leap.
Discovery Calls are a two-way process. They're a chance for you to see if my coaching style resonates with you, if you feel comfortable and at ease with me, and if you're ready to embark on this journey together.

During a discovery call, it's also important to discuss fees and payment. While some coaches may have their fees listed on their website, others may prefer to discuss this during the discovery call. As a coach who values transparency, I make sure to clearly communicate my fees upfront, so that potential clients can make an informed decision about whether to work with me. It's important to find a coach whose fees are within your budget, but also to remember that investing in yourself and your personal growth can have long-term benefits that far outweigh the cost.
